MEDFORD, Ore. & WATERTOWN, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jun. 20, 2012-- athenahealth, Inc. (NASDAQ: ATHN), a leading provider of cloud-based practice management, electronic health record (EHR), and care coordination services to medical groups, announced today that Medford Medical Clinic, a provider of diversified medical services, will implement athenahealth's services to drive quality across practice management, patient communications, and patient care.

Medford Medical Clinic will begin using a complement of athenahealth's integrated, cloud-based services: Best in KLAS^* EHR service, athenaClinicals^®; streamlined medical billing and practice management service, athenaCollector^®; and patient communications service, athenaCommunicator^®, which enables greater patient interaction outside of the exam room. Additionally, Medford Medical Clinic will be utilizing business intelligence services from Anodyne Health Partners, Inc., a company athenahealth acquired in 2009.
