Jonathan Bush Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman: Jonathan Bush is our Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman. Mr. Bush co-founded athenahealth in 1997. Prior to joining athenahealth, Mr. Bush served as an EMT for the City of New Orleans, was trained as a medic in the U.S. Army, and worked as a management consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton. Mr. Bush obtained a Bachelor of Arts in the College of Social Studies from Wesleyan University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Timothy M. Adams Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer: Timothy M. Adams is our Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Adams joined athenahealth in January 2010 and brings over 25 years of leadership experience in the health care and Internet services industries. Most recently, Mr. Adams served in executive capacities at Constitution Medical Investors, Inc., a health care-focused private investment firm and Keystone Dental, a provider of dental health solutions. Prior to that, Mr. Adams was Chief Financial Officer of several public companies including Cytyc Corporation, a women's health company that grew during his three-year tenure from $350 million to $750 million in revenue. His earlier experiences include Chief Financial Officer positions at Modus Media International Inc. as well as Digex Inc., a pioneer in managed hosting services over the Internet. Mr. Adams also served in finance and operational roles at internet service provider GTE Internetworking / BBN Planet. He worked for seven years in the audit practice at Price Waterhouse and earned a Certified Public Accountant designation. Mr. Adams holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Boston University and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Murray State University.
Daniel H. Orenstein Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary: Daniel Orenstein is our Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of the Board. Prior to joining athenahealth in 2005, he practiced in the areas of corporate, intellectual property, and health care law with law firms in Boston and Washington, D.C. Orenstein received his bachelor's degree from Columbia University and his law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the Health Information and Technology Practice Group of the American Health Lawyers Association.
David E. Robinson Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer: David E. Robinson is our Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and oversees all service and technology operations. Mr. Robinson joined the Company in February 2009 and brings over 30 years of executive experience in the financial software and services industry. In his most recent position, he was Executive Vice President of SunGard Data Systems, where he was responsible for a SunGard Division comprised of over 30 companies serving the financial services industry with annual revenue exceeding $700 million. During his tenure at SunGard Data Systems, Mr. Robinson held the position of President of SunGard Investment Systems and also served as a Group Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Robinson holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, a Masters in Chemical Engineering from the University of Rochester and BS in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
Dawn Griffiths Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer: Dawn Griffiths is our Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer. Ms. Griffiths has managed the Company's accounting, planning and other finance functions since joining in May 2008. Griffiths brings more than 20 years of finance and accounting leadership from previous roles at Salesforce.com, where she served as Vice President of Finance and Global Sales Operations, as well as numerous other finance and operations management roles at Autodesk, Inc. Griffiths started her career in public accounting with eight years at Arthur Andersen and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Robert M. Hueber Senior Vice President of Sales: Robert M. Hueber is our Senior Vice President of Sales. Mr. Hueber joined athenahealth in 2002. From 1984 to 2002, Mr. Hueber served IDX Systems Corporation as Vice President and National Director of Sales and most recently as Vice President of Sales for the Enterprise Solutions Division. Prior to joining IDX, Mr. Hueber served as Senior Marketing Representative at Raytheon Data Systems and as a Sales Executive for Exxon Enterprises. Mr. Hueber obtained a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Northeastern University.
Nancy G. Brown Senior Vice President of Business Development and Government Affairs: Nancy G. Brown is our Senior Vice President of Business Development and Government Affairs. Ms. Brown joined athenahealth in 2004. From 1999 to 2004, Ms. Brown served McKesson Corporation as Senior Vice President. Before McKesson, Ms. Brown was co-founder of Abaton.com. Prior to that, Ms. Brown worked for Harvard Community Health Plan in various senior management roles over a five year period. Ms. Brown obtained a Bachelor of Science from the University of New Hampshire and an M.B.A. from Northeastern University.
Leslie Locke Senior Vice President of People and Process: Leslie Locke is our Senior Vice President of People and Process. Ms. Locke has served in several capacities since joining athenahealth in 1998, including operational and product roles. Prior to joining athenahealth, Ms. Locke held various roles in integrated delivery systems operations at Lovelace Health Systems. Ms. Locke obtained a Bachelors of Arts from Colorado College and a Masters in Heath Administration from Washington University.
Rob Cosinuke Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer: Rob Cosinuke is our Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. Mr. Cosinuke will lead the Company's marketing and product development initiatives. Prior to joining athenahealth, Mr. Cosinuke was a Co-Founder and a regional President of Digitas, Inc., one of the world's leading digital marketing and media companies.
